It's an ESEE Zancudo by RAT
It's a bit smaller than the two you started off with but it's my EDC at the moment. AUS-8 steel is good, made in Taiwan by BRK for Knifeworks. Liner locker with a belt clip

I like the look of it it, nice blade shape. Have you gutted and broken down deer with it? How does it hold an edge? And is it easy to put an edge back on it?

Yes it is a nice drop point. I picked it up on a whim with another order I made for the two Spyderco's. Not bad for a $27USD knife. It takes a very keen edge easy, and does not need much work to touch it up. I use it daily so it gets a quick strop or steel around once a week. The bigger brother Avispa may be better for butchery with a 3.5" blade rather than the 3" Zancudo. The orange nylon handles are exclusive to Knifeworks IIRC. Mine has broken down cardboard boxes, courier bags, de-burred copper pipe and peeled a fair few oranges. No deer yet!

I have a little Eka folder in my bumbag as a emergency spare, have used it to headskin a couple of animals.
Holds an edge well.
