I would think that starting with retailers that sell new Sako rifles is a really good option
They're not hard to find, all though at $299 (stainless 30mm optilock low ringmounts) from most retailers they can be a hard pill to swallow.
Id say theres plenty on here, give it a day or two
I got some you can have for 1/2 new price
