Yeah I personally use a 6000cu in kuiu for everything. That supposedly about 90 litres but doesn’t feel like a big pack.

As for food, dehy is really the only option for most meals plus some bars/cheese/salami if you like.

Don’t take to much gas as its bulky, don’t take to many clothes.

I’ve recently changed to the 5500 model.

A 65 litre pack bursting at the seems can start to feel uncomfortable. Better to have a slightly bigger pack that isn’t maxed out.

The weight of the empty pack is pretty critical
