Thread: Pants - after opinions

Is (or has) anyone used the Earth Sea Sky [ESS] line of pants, either the "Taslan longs" or "Fast track longs"? Can't find too much about them online, one review from a kiwi guy on them and he rated them pretty highly. ESS seem a nice brand, and nice to have NZ made and support local. Be interested in hearing opinions and reviews on them.

Another pair of pants I'm considering is the Swazi Ipotane hunting pants. Quite pricey (circa $350) and not sure how versatile they'd be for the north island (I.e. not the cold of the south island etc). Anyone running a pair of them, and any feedback on them yet?
