Pants/trousers to go over walking boots?

As per title, looking for pants/trousers that go on over walking boots easily. i.e. you don't have to take boots off to get the the trousers on. Don't need much else from them. Warm/fleece material, don't need anything special otherwise. Any suggestions?

navy bell bottoms: you can also make $$ in the weekend as part of a village people tribute band. (as a word of advice if you do this and drop your wallet kick it to the corner and then pick it up, dont bend over)

I have a pair of chainsaw chaps that zip up the sides and there were track pants that did that. Easiest solution is buy whatever pants you want to wear and get a full length zip stitched into each leg. Or buy some "stripper" pants.......

Baggy shorts with a belt and use gaiters, not garters.
