Dont waste your time chasing every last fps, it doesnt matter in the real world, it wont make a difference, all it will do is cause head aches and frustrations. And dont listen to silly old cunts

Yes if you point it to high and get to much sky in the viewer things get out of sync. Agree eneloop pros last very well.

Shootings fine as theres normally sun on a stick (maxtoch) lighting up the region, its fumbling with stuff and stumbling around that I find annoying with one eye white out.

You stumble around without having your eyes impaired

Don't get this problem in the later models
The little XQ30V is good - no blacking out of eye
I presume that what you were meaning by using non shooting eye.

Used the XP38 Helion last night - what a nice piece of equipment
Identified 7 Deer over an approx 150 acre ex pine block (non replanted) and a Stag out to 1350m
This was only 30 mints after dusk too.
Wish I had taken the XQF38 with me to compare them both
The higher (640x480) resolution makes a big difference - but as you all know at a price
