Is there any draw back to buying a really good adult one that they can use for the next 10-20 years?

Do they still keep you warm if you're a little person in a big bag? Or is there too much air for a little body to try and warm? Guess you could always put a big rubber band around the foot area if that is the case?

Yeah that's a good question and one I've been pondering too. Might end up going that way yet.

Make a liner from a decent winter sheet, one that is child size and use it inside the adult bag if you go that way, other option if your kids don't toss and turn too much is to just fold the bottom of the sleeping bag back under itself to make the bag shorter.
    GWH and Nibblet like this.
