The sub $50 jobbies I got of trademe will as the blade is held on flat and it's too easy to move it along and do the other end the same.

The spyderco tri angle is pretty good, but ideally you want to buy the Dimond stones as well that goes on it.

The lansky four rod turn box is really easy to use , same principle and a bit tidier for the kitchen operators ( ie our ladies). I bought that system for my last 3 girlfriends . Sharp knives might have cut the relationship;-)
Ive been using thst exact Lansky 4 rod system since 1996. Bought in Seattle. Buggered it when I rolled my Disco..bought one then in NZ, still using it in the kitchen, another for the hunting cut, 2 more for family presents. It's slow on shoulder reduction but once the shoulder is good its a fast easy path to razor sharp. If I have a bad shoulder I dress it first on a diamond stone, then the Lansky. Cheapish and excellent results.

Ruixin pro RX-009 sharpener from Ali express with stones arrived about a week ago.

For $100 I am VERY pleased. Was able to take a number of dull, chipped and even some sharp ish knives and get mirror like polished bevels/edges and razor like cutting edges very consistently in under 20 minutes.

Played with a single standard stone which disappointed me a little as it seemed to disintegrate in my fingers before even getting onto the knife, but the diamond stones impressed me. The low grit ones are able to take off any extra metal quite quickly while the 800-1500 grit stones refine very well and the 3000/5000 grit polishing stones do exactly that.

So far I’ve found it’s a good kit that’s easy enough to setup and get consistent results with.

The lack of hairs on my left arm shows me all I need to know

Then having a sharp knife it is destroyed with the flash butcher outine using a steel. Your method is the bizo. Funny how you pick up skills much later in life. LOL.

I wish my camera was good enough to capture the edge of knives after my mate has dulled them into non cutting state... If church steeple is ideal....and house roof is getting really tired...his are the carport with a leantoo on the side...
