    Had a couple of walks in mine now to start them breaking in - pretty good all round, nice stiff grippy sole and comfy fit. They don't hold my heel quite as well as my Makalus, but thats just a foot shape thing so might not apply to anyone else. Not quite as much ankle support as the Makalus either, but still plenty compared to most boots.
