Sea to Summit vs Exped vs Klymit

after a sleeping mat, having a look at the above brands and whilst not cheap i do like to have a half pie decent sleep, so ok to pay a bit for a decent one....but what brand would you recommend?? any particular to stay away from??

I've got the exped but only because it was the most commonly reviewed one at the time of purchase. I'm very happy with it. Synmat 7.

I know it's not on your list but my thermarest neo air x-lite is probably my one favourite piece of outdoor kit. So light so small (when packed) and so comfortable.

    I've used a ecp
I've used a exped ul9 for the last couple of years... Probably the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in the bush...huts included... It's defiantly something I take care of..it sure ain't bombproof but o always have some Tyvek underneath and it hasn't let me down.. Just make sure you don't fully inflate it, it's too hard, about 3/4 is kapai...

I'm using Exped but you do need to look after them. Had the internal seams go twice because I left it inflated while away from camp. Was replaced N/C by retailer under the two year warranty.
Hunting is relaxing just like Yoga except I get to kill something.

That's very much a common theme and taken on board, thanks

I bought an Exped Downmat 7 a few years ago. A bit bulkier than the light weight ones but so warm and comfortable. You're welcome to take it for a spin.
