DLT Parcel day! Yay!
Ordered a Benchmade Bugout for me and I bought a Spyderco Delica 4 for a mate as a gift.
I’ve always been a Spyderco guy but I wanted to try Benchmade. I struggled with their designs. Nothing really appealed to me for shape. The Griptillian was nice but too big for what I wanted as an EDC. The Bugout I think is about the nicest shape I saw so I ordered one.
S30V steel. FRN handles with no liners.
It’s very light and very sharp out the box. AXIS locking system. All up a tidy little (mid size really) knife. Let’s see if I can’t lose this one.
The Delica would have to be my favourite as an EDC. Light. Sharp. Well priced (⅔ the price of the Bugout) and in a decent VG-10 steel. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...403364fea5.jpg

Got this at Christmas along with a Lansky system .
Kershaw Dividend , just a beater and carried every day. very light and thin with good pocket clip.
Growing to like the blade shape , good slicer and great to iki salmon and trout. Assisted flipper.
Shit steel though with 420HC, seems to hold ok edge but soft. Tip is fine and I can see it bending at some point. Easy to sharpen.
A good everyday hack.
Ive bought me this. The only other pocket knife I have is a Mercator.

Spyderco Centofante 3
DESCRIPTION
If you move in custom knife industry circles and/or attend knife shows you will have heard of Frank Centofante. In addition to being a celebrated and longtime custom knifemaker Frank is a past President of the Knifemaker's Guild, a strong voice in the cutlery world and a revered and respected craftsman. Collaborating on knife designs with him is something Spyderco has been fortunate enough to do several times. Our latest offering is the Centofante 3 gentleman's folder.
The Centofante 3 has a thin-profiled, lightweight FRN handle. Two channels are furrowed out of the handle for better grip and a Palladium silver Spyderco bug is inlayed into its surface. For added security and convenience the back-lock is positioned midway on the spine and David Boye Dent is cut from the locking lever. The VG-10 blade has both a hollow-grind and swedge-grind with non-sharpened spine serrations (jimping) to hold the thumb steady when cutting. A black steel pocket clip positions for tip-up/down, right-hand carry.
