nice - so is the case
Ha Ha It should be a nice case, I got it off you:thumbsup:
Very well designed and comfortable to wear around. The swaros fit perfectly and it has heaps of pockets and features to make it very practical. I love the magnet zip/seal. I am very happy I decided to get one. A must buy if you have good glass to protect.
I doubt I will ever put my binos down and walk off like I have done in the past.
Fire up that keyboard R93 and give it to us straight, how practical are those binos and can you see the quality/ price in them.
Very nice bit of gear
How far will your set range?
I have heard they can be a bit of a mixed bag with some ranging further the others

This is my opinion only. But they are miles ahead of anything I have seen or played with.
I had to test some .223 loads, so up the farm I went and the first range was to a large Rimu my old Bushnell Arc's ranged @ 1997yrds. The swaro's zapped it in an instant to 1998yrds from a fence post in high sunlight.
It did miss some ranges however but I would say any of the other models out there would have, considering the light and targets I attempted. If I have to be honest, I would say the ARCs seem to range a bit more consistantly.
They are very ergonomic and easy to hold steady due to the guts of the range finder being located under the tubes of both housings.
The glass is figgin amazing and even my buggered eyes feel new looking thru them. Wearing them around in the Badlands case you hardly notice you have them on. They are attached by 2 bungy's to the case that make use very easy and not as uncomfortable to use as a harness. They are quick to get at and stow with the BL case as well.
They are quick to cycle thru the modes to get the reticle brightness or angle compensation set.
Each eye piece can be set to accomodate buggered eyes and I was surprised how far my right eye was off the mean mark. Got new contacts so maybe that has an influence.
I cant say enough good things about them. But are they worth the money? I guess its what you want out of a bit of equipment and it is very much a personal choice. It is a riculous amount of money to be tied up in glass but we have to spend it on something:D I was offered a great deal from Quentin @ 45 South but when he had a set available I didnt have the available funds. When I did have the funds no one in NZ had any. If I want something, I generally want it now. A very generous and patient forum member helped me source a set from overseas. I hope to be able to repay the favour sometime. I also hazzard a guess you are paying heaps for the brand name. For me they were worth every penny.
Tuiman2 had a quick play and the first thing he said was how light they were, compared to his Geovids.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a set. Cheers:thumbsup:
Yep mite sell my car :D

2200 plus yards is very handy !
what sort of $$$$ r93?
I am not too sure on NZ retail but think they are around 4.5k.
I'm sending my ones back to Swarovski:oh noes:
Nah, they wouldnt range into a shaded face for some reason. As soon as the face was lit it returned reults sweets as out to 1700 mtrs or so. In the darkish (early morning) conditions max range was 600 mtrs. Less than ideal. The complete opposite of what I would expect???
In saying that Richard Kramer, the international sales manager is a dream to deal with and he is looking after the issue for me. I have no doubt the issue will be resolved.
Yeah, well they are no use if they cant do that. TBF I havent tried mine in those conditions.
The reason I asked if they fogged is every bit of swaro gear I and a mate has had, has fogged. It was one reason I was having reservations in getting a set. They fogged in extreme conditions tbf.
