Trailcams
Hi,
Had a few issues round the shed etc so was looking at putting up a security camera. Didn't want to go down the whole wired setup,a single trailcam would do the trick.
This could then also be used if I want in more remote locations.
They vary a bit in price,but I dont think I need wifi etc just a decent camera that takes high res shots of movement day or night.
Any recommendations?

I bought a couple of these;

Didn't want to invest to much in case someone else helped themselves to them when sited on public land.
I've posted some pics in the trailcam pictures thread so judge for yourself.

Chuck some empty shot gun shells around ya shed. I have a couple of Ridgeline cameras, basic but take good pic's and vid. MM

I purchased one of these from AliExpress. Great wee unit, I ordered the rechargeable battery model as all the research I could do showed that they hold their charge for a long time
Seem easy to use and more modern compared to many. My first experience with them so nothing to personally compare to.

If you're after clear images no matter the lighting, you should go for a camera with infrared features. I've used Browning and Stealth Cam, and they've worked out pretty well for me in terms of image quality day or night.
