I got the Kuiu Pro LT 5500. It’s pretty light at 1.7 kg. I can cinch it right down with the straps and it’s bloomin comfortable. If you want a smaller bag just swap it out. The meat hauler ( between frame and bag) is also good I carried out 20kg pig out with it. It’s very expensive but the modularity of it is awesome. I’ve tried daypack plus canvas bag with straps but would rather be able to just open up the pack if needed.
I looked close at the Twin Needle options but they just didn’t seem to have the flexibility I needed.

Tried stag bag, pikau, mega bumbag setups over the years but find the big pack compressed down the best system for me,especially with a deer on board.
