    I used to use the same setup then read some bad stories of the BRS3000 stoves getting to hot and bending one of the arms, tipping boiling water everywhere. Mine never did that but i didn't want it to happen
    I ended up changing to a jetboil stash cooking system weighs 200grams and is a lot more efficient than just running a burner.
    I also use a titanium 400ml cup that's about 50grams
    Works a treat!!
