    upgrading garmin gps

I am thinking of moving my trusty 62s on to another forumites, and replacing it with a 64s as I understand they are more accurate.
Anyone else tried the 64 range yet? Is it worth the trade up?

    How accurate do you need?
I understand it would be helpful if you bury your stash on the beach but otherwise a few meters is plenty isn't it?

    Point taken Cam.
62 is generally good to within 10 to 12 metres and the new 64 is meant to be good for 3 metres. I guess it depends what you use them for as to how accurate you need.
I have been considering a replacement for a while, and it just makes sense to get an upgrade into the bargain.

I get down to 3m at times with my old 60csx.
