1.. No justification if not above your property....over anothers and peering into yours, out of season.
2...The on board camera(s) sending images back to the twonk who owns it, will record and deliver all the evidence Plod requires to give you a hard time.
3...Bird shot is fine as you only need to take out a portion of one rotor and the imbalance will bring it down.
4...When the twonk who owns it turns up at your door to get his toy back, legally, you have to hand the carcass over.
