    I collect a few knifes and theres one thing that annoys me. Makers who don't put there name/mark on the blade.
    If its worth the effort of making it there needs to have a name on it.
    Every thing else is asthetics.

    still plenty of knife handle wood available, i can fit a fair amount into a $6 post bag (non rural) if anyone wants some. i just chop it into 200mm pieces

    Like the thread viper, but terryf has it right I think. one knife doesn't fit all.
    Handle material is as diverse as the handle fitting the hand! I like a finger grip handle with thumb room on top with lines that I can explain, but know it when I see it.
    Used to like large knives! but weight and age of reason has changed that, anyway feedback is what you want for now. Later it wont matter, you just make them to order and the designs that you would like, after all you should know what works! sharp and shinny for some sharp and no glare for others

    Handle like this would be awesome if you were gutting an animal after dark. Apparently it will glow for up to 12 hours

    handle...non slip,decent bump etc to stop hand slipping forward....got to be big enough to fill the hand....

    I like my handles still attached to the blade. A problem I seen to be having a bit lately
