This is what i have been using also ,even bush hunting my range finder and binos are right there if needed.

Mine is on a lanyard around my neck with the rf in top pocket or down my shirt. The 6x lens is handy for looking around without the need for binos in the places I hunt.
On my belt in a twin needle ammo pouch. Take one of the ammo cards out and fits a treat, other ammo card gives some padding.

Otherwise just purchase an aftermarket rangefinder pouch to attach to your harness.

My old Leupold RX3 RF still working well - in it's original pouch through my waist belt on the left hand side (opposite the rifle side). Sometimes the pouch threaded through my pack strap.

On my belt in a pouch. Nice and handy. But to be fair it spends most of its time left at home. I find it simpler just to walk closer :thumbsup:
