    on the board 2024

out with gspf to recce one of his favoureds lake ellesmere sites for canadas this evening.a very satisfying result sees two plump young canadas hanging outside my mancave awaiting processing in the morning . good mobs of canadas seen ,but what is remarkable is the hoards of bloody parries akin to maggot s on a flystrike sheeps bum.we had a vocal quartet spend 30mins of so parked with 50mof our maimai just watching us as I"bino'ed" them. weathewr pleasent light med wind lake dryer than a camels groin(Im tempted to sell it to that heinous ginger dwarf trump as a golf course =apologies ngahi tahu ,only joking).
overall Im as happy as a dog with two proverbials.

Ibreasted both this morning, minimal damage to chest muscles .but wing broken and obviously the vital organs took major trauma. .one with head damage is a younger bird his meat etc was miles easier to seperate from skin and partial pluck to access chest left clean skin. the other -my plucking left some down etc ,didnt matter as skin totally removed.both though good quality plump meat. Id endorse the nitro steel comments -after retrieving both birds and returning to maimai i looked like id been in a slaughterhouse -blood from asshole to breakfast

remington 870 performed as they always do
