    First of the season

    First shoot of the season,not bad really,these breasts will be made into sausages and duck sticks

    Weigon and mallards.... bit of a variety there with the colours but bloody good eating all the same mate

    Yeah mate.... the yanks make pepperoni sticks etc.... 5-8 mm in diameter 15-20cm long...we make them out of ducks,geese etc,bloody tasty with a beer or 20....keep them low fat,add peppercorns spices....great for smoko when you can’t get a pie

    Yeah mate,I get that.... kinda of tough when you’ve been sitting in the rain all day and its 5C with a cold breeze.....photos come about 4th after beers ,hot showers,a dump,plucking the birds.... then photos ..... we promise to work on that aspect
