morning sweetheart -just popping down the paddock to shoot my bag limit ,ill get you a coffee when i get back ...wont be long .

no no need to get out of bed to pluck em yet love ,gotta shoot em first .!!!!

And there in laid the problem......Cows had been moved into the paddock nearby, so no shooty shooty, plucky plucky for me.
Went for a wander down river, but ducks encountered were not in the right place to shoot. I shot them without pulling trigger......up, follow through, say bang, feeling confident with each one. No dog, dirty high flowing river and no way of safely retrieving them meant they lived another day. Next few days will change that when flows drop some more
