Fogs come in really thick now and I can't be bothered to be honest. If I saw ducks flying around I'd go or if others were shooting but there isn't even any shots popping off now so meh.

No good Toby, If it makes you feel better I slept in.

Gonna take the dog or dogs and the gun for a stroll later doen a couple of little creeks and see if I can get my annual duck before looking for quail
All those with dogs waiting no longer fear death. Those with many dogs waiting even welcome it in it's time.

There are a couple of Parries in one of the home paddocks Toby. I could post them down alive if you want. Oh and tell Neckshot that being a Nancy boy is not in that blokes rule book he was talking about in another thread.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

I would almost pay money to see you open the box in that case.

Too bad mate. We're not far off a hundred birds now. Still at it until dark or we limit out, then the beers come out.

Holy shizzit, you guys are lucky down there . I spent all day at the mouth of the Makarau River on the Kaipara and got 1. That's one, singular, certainly not 100! Not going out tomorrow, save the petrol and do lawns or something worthy.

well was out on the door at 6am, have a little setup in between 2 maize paddocks (normally shoot on a family pond in the bay of plenty). decided to go a bit harder this year and buy some camo gear and upgraded from the old sxs to a nice pump and got one of those spinner winner ducks. WELL ducks were around but 50,000 feet high, plenty of shooters around though keeping them moving, sadly they wern't interested in coming down to look at my setup, sadly my kill was 2 annoying MAGPIES that just wouldnt piss off!!!!
