    Northern Area Special Paradise Shelduck & Pukeko Hunting Season 2022
    Please note that the King Country Special Hunting season will not be held because of low numbers.
    19th & 20th February 2022
    LIMIT: 15 Paradise Shelduck and 10 Pukeko per day per hunter.

    HOURS OF HUNTING: 6.30am - 8.00pm

    AREA: NORTHERN SECTION OF A/WF&G REGION

    That area North of the Harbour Bridge and Bethells Road, leading out to the West Coast, within the A/W Fish & Game region.

    2021 GAME LICENCE MUST BE CARRIED WHILE HUNTING.

    Permit/diary are not needed this year, but you must carry your 2021 hunting licence. If hunters do not have a 2021 game licence these can be obtained online at www.fishandgame.org.nz, or from your local licence retailer.

    An adult day licence costs $23 and a junior day licence is $8.

    PLEASE NOTE: It is imperative that the daily limit be adhered to.
