Here you go from when last home.
Breast out the bird. Lightly fry the breasts then place in oven at 180 for 10min
while that’s in the oven fry up some Pancetta
Then fry up some red onions red peppers and add to salad with pine nuts and Olive oil.
Next dice breasts and lightly fry in the pancetta fat.
Add to salad and eat.
