    Pigeons

    Don’t shoot near the Deer

Know a Guy that was using dummy pigeons, apparently they are dull grey, our pigeons have a luminous quality, his trick was to paint them with iridescent paint from craft shops (Spot On)

Hawk picked one up & dropped it, worked so well, he swears by it.

Venison tastes better than pigeon anyway James.
    Especially those crossbreds.
    Overkill is still dead.

Well then, might try that on my next hunt. Put out a few pigeon decoys and see if the deer come in.

If you are prepared to wait, feed the pigeons on maize.
    The deer will come.

    Bloody sky rats!
    Barry the hunter likes this.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

One of these day I'd like to have a crack at pigeons with the 410 pump.
Always thought some of the bridges around here would be good considering there is a few under the waimak bridges
