    Pies and beers, hard to beat really. Bagged a good snapper when I was up for a weekend a couple months ago. Kingi in coromandel over Easter and then down in Christchurch we have heaps of crays about so got a few donkeys.

    That is a very good snap for that spot. I haven't dived it in years but pulled a few out of there biggest going 15lbs or so.

    Yea, obviously popular. I reckon it was because it was after the first cold snap of the winter. Matt Watson has this theory on his FB page that all the big snapper come right in shore after the first real cold snap for the season, I'm definitely going to test the theory next year
