I got a black one once and it tasted great
Don't think the 1 I caught was blind as he hit the lure and fought like fuck

You should of caught that bugger
Thats a good vid did you film with your polaroids over the lens?
I took two photos of a big trout today but the glare made it invisable
Heres my black one tasted bloody good too

It won't load my black trout will try later.........Good one Mullet

I dont think they do feed once they go blind,or not much
    Probably just starve,
This one was thick in the body but not very deep,
But dont worry,im pretty sure it got hit by a bus shortly after the video

I see so blindness must have been a recent development not a birth defect or the like.

Yea,i think so,but im just guessing

Its probably sick or old causing blindness

Trout colour themselves to suit their surroundings(camo)

So, blind fish would turn black
