Extra battery charged independently and running all the stuff except motor, underwater light, deck light, I also carry enough crap to nearly sink a ship

that was my problem in my old boat - a net, two longline setups, so four floats four weights two trace boards, my spear fishing gear, my rods and tackle, life jackets, chilly bin and all the other crap. all piled into a 14ft6 ramco tinny there was nowhere left to stand letalone fish

so iv made a conscious effort to make this new boat tidy and keep it that way, so it gets a better wash and looked after better
a shelf is on the cards next up front behind the instrument panel with a good ledge to stow the sea anchor and then possibly a set up to store diving gears in the boat but out of the sun.
im thinking a vertical canvas bag that stows inbetween the passengers seat and port side of the boat that has a small hole in the bottom so it can double as a where I clean them
ie stick the hose in the top fill the bag and let it self drain

that and carpet on all the shelves
my brother is a carpetlayer so hopfully he is keen to help

Im enjoying the process of making it mine, and its great for not costing me much while I am paying it off

I am trying to resist going out and getting a brand new HDS 7 till i have the money sitting in the bank ready

We also have a bucket loo (has proper toilet seat attached) with the you use it you empty it rule, the user must also open the front hatch AND put the curtain up.
