    I have a mate who fishes out of Kaikoura regularly. Catches Ling on a rod. I asked him how long it takes too wind up to check his baits? Two stubbies was his reply

    I'm going to watch I don't load too much beer in my boat now . Totally hands free fishing =large beer consumption ! . My Mrs will not be impressed having to pick me up from boat ramp , that's if I am lucky enough to make it back to it
