A Late friend of the family's use to be a deer culler - He told me that when they got sick of eating venison and supply's where low if they spotted trout in a river they would open the Bolt of the 303 - flood the breach and barrel with water, then chamber a round lowering the rifle to the bottom with a boot lace or string tied to the trigger - wait for things to settle down then pull the string.... WHOOPPPMMPPHHHAAA.... ................ he reckoned 8 out of 10 times a trout would pop up.................
...............Now go try that with ya brand new $3500 Sako ..............Yea right ..........![]()
