About LinkBacksKahawai are a vastly underrated table fish,mainly due to poor handling. Bleed them immediately and properly.dont piss around with just iki n ice...gill n gut them straight away and get the bloodline out of top of gut cavity...same as do a trout. Makes a HUGE difference to table quality if this is done quickly.
