    After watching big angry fish a few weeks ago I would say Vanuatu would be a good option though don't know what time of the year is best. I know a very good Hawaiian Captain living in Taveuni Fiji that has also caught over 1000 GTs so there are options Google Makaira by the Sea for Fiji or Capt. John Llanes
