A bit of a copy and paste off the other forum :D But after a recent death of a direct relative in my family, Decided to leave auckland for the weekend and go up north fishing. Landed at Opononi and decided to surf cast off the second wharf and caught a few nice snapper! here's the first one that weighed up at 7 kgs.
