Just checking to see if I have this right, on a boat 14'6 is the requirement port/starboard and all round mast white light? I don't trust my interpretation :oh noes:

All round white only for small craft less than 7m traveling under 7 knots. Over 7knot and under 12m then port stbd and all round white
