    Railblaza

    This is a positive plug for their customer service. I've now twice broken Railblaza gear through negligence and rough treatment and both times I've been replied to directly by the CEO and had replacement parts sent out free of charge. Best customer service I can recall. Big thumbs up. Doesn't hurt that they make clever, well designed gear.

    Good to hear as I have a few bits on my kayak. They charge enough for the gear, so guess the margins allow for backup service
