Its quite simple really - you give him your budget and spec and he will give you options pertaining to reel seat, guides, blank, 2 piece, 3 piece etc, colour scheme, wrapping colour, custom name etc and you're good to go - takes around 10 days to 2 weeks depending on how busy he is.

He is also a kayak fisherman as well as rock n surf so will tell you what can work and what can't - found him very helpful!
