    Taupo Jigging

    From the kayak at spot X lake taupo - over Two mornings 11 fished hooked - 8 landed - 5 kept - I took home two on Saturday and three on Sunday - bloody foot balls - compare the two in the back of the fridge to the one in front from the Big T..! all fish where in good nick with kura & smelt in there bellies - flesh bright red better than a farmed salmon ..... Roll on December

    Some nice trout there mate, I do enjoy the occasional smoked trout but just prefer to catch and release when it comes to trout but have heard it makes good fish bait.

    Bloody brilliant Roy.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
