if access has been lost its bad for all,if access was never a legal thing ,it was never a legal thing...if as it seems,access was made a "thing" BECAUSE of a foreign owner...and its no longer in foreign ownership...well join the dots...its no longer a "thing" now is it....
Te Urawera anyone???? the biggest mistake in that case was who ownership was handed over too,who stewardship was handed over too.... and how the wording of such has been done...the sooner we all become ngati kiwi (the tribe of new zealanders whatever the colour of their bum)the better....all public land and I mean ALL public land should be forever owned by ngati kiwi and never be able to be sold/traded or given away to anyone else.
