    @Hiawatha, what sort of country do you hunt in? Bush, farm etc?

    I used them pig hunting in all sorts of shite. Gorse, nettle, blackberry, briar, matagouri, spaniard etc etc. I also use them for my work when I need extra leg protection in similar or when noise not an issue. The Twin Needles are way better than standard design for noise as they are more streamlined and as such dont rub on each other etc. When worn with shorts the hot air gets expelled on every step and makes them way better than trousers in the heat. They are not quiet and so IMO are no good for bush stalking as such. Shooting roos in matagouri country they would be ideal. Hope this helps.
