    Murderball

I've started palying murderball three times a week and thought I'd share with you guys It's really good fun, way harder than you may think (being able bodied means sweet f-a at least at the start!) and an awesome way to keep fit, especially in the upper body. Check out this video for some cool big hits.

Tonight I had a first - I was the best at something. Tackling drills. I'm getting enough power now to really smack the sh*t out of my opponent. Also I am getting all wheels off the ground which isn't really a requirement but it's fun none the less

I'll need to wrangle a photographer at some stage. Troll YouTube if you are more interested. There are some really awesome games ('specially olympics)

I haven't met Dougie yet VC but I hear tell that she needs a leg up into a chair.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

And yes you cheeky bugger, it sure does. My mate (who always seems to be on the other team) is six foot. Longer arms for pushing though!

Actually that is a sport I could probably do as I still have a little arm left. Do they have a geriatrics division?

Looks like good fun. Not too many sports you can sit on your ass and still get fit.
