Connection to server

I can't connect to the forum on my iphone. Had been working well (i did just update to vesion 13.1.2 I think I had connected using this version though), now cannot connect using the bookmark.
Tried searching and under the search it comes up as "this site may be hacked"
When I click on the link it won't connect as it cannot establish a secure connection to the server.

I can connect using my laptop.

Any advice?

I had to change the safari settings to allow fraudulent websites or something similar, now it will connect

my mate is trying to join up but the server is not letting him in.
