He tried his shit on me as well... he tried using screen shots from gun trader, so I gave him some rope and he gave me a Name and Bank account number.

Robert Armstrong was the name he gave me too with the old account i posted about. Perhaps theres something worth chasing there?

Yes, I got same pm this morning from this dude , with zero posts, saying to contact his mate AlexRaven same email as above.

News item on the Herald ? yesterday- cops too busy to chase a fraudster even though they were given full details like this

Sounds like what we need then is someone in the banking sector who can trace that bank account, and either get it frozen or give us an address so we can go around and see what else he has for sale

this would be the safest option .any attempt to gain personal info from banks etc would probably break privacy act or have boys in blue on scene.

‘Robert Armstrong’ ripped me and another forum member off a while back. We’ve laid complaints with the cops in Rotorua and Whakatane including the m.o. used. I’ve enquired about ‘progress’ on the investigation, to be told “don’t call us; we’ll call you.” Can’t be that damned difficult to track an account holder.
