How do I reply to a post ( or a reply to a post) so that the author of the post (or reply) username appears at the start of the post.

Sometimes the @ thing works, sometimes it doesn't, then it's MENTION=14676]Username[/MENTION with [ and ] at either end. A mention button would be nice.
