    intentionally fails to mark a firearm, part of a firearm, or pistol carbine conversion kit manufactured by the person in accordance with this Act or regulations made under section 74.
    (2)
    A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years.


    So if someone were to manufacture a part and not number it they can go to jail for 10 years!!
