    I can't seem to send PMs at the moment? Anyone else having this problem? Any help from admin?

    Your inbox will only allow so many to be stored so once you max out it will stop you from sending more until you make room.
    Could be the problem.

    Is your inbox full? I download them and them delete a few pages once it gets full

    As a above had problems when to many stored messages......both in and outbox.

    I use that drop down all the time deleting messages - never bothered to look further
