Question: How do you "follow" a thread?

How do you "follow" a thread? so every time someone replies you get a notification?
Is possible within the params of the forum or am i just blind?

Click on 'thread tools' in the black header directly above your post and then click 'subscribe to this thread'

Or contribute to it then its automatic
