According to the account he kicked someone, ... while sitting in his wagon with the door shut. That really takes skill.

Drove into a public carpark by the sounds of it....I know there is two sides to everystory but if YOU had to load a couple of hundred tonnes of milk powder out of a wharehouse useing a carpark with open access to the public you would have some pretty robust health and saftey systems in place to eliminate/isolate/minimise that risk of public getting in your work area.....if you didnt and a member of the public got hurt as a result you would be in a world of shit.
Why do our govt depts not have to do the same?....instead they brutalise an old man and vandalise his property.
"Hunting and fishing" fucking over licenced firearms owners since ages ago.

Yep, not a good look at all. The "public" car park is not really that at all though. More of a service area for the units in that block, unless they are open for business, which they wouldnt be at that time of night.
I am disturbed by the fact that the vehicle involved in the 1080 operation had all identifying features, including number plates and rego stickers, removed. Sounds dodgy as.

Isn’t it part of Winnie’s ‘bottom line’ that 1080 gets the flick ?
Maybe DOC are going into overdrive to drop as much as possible now ?
I agree, complete disregard for H&S, and acting like they’re above the law.
NOT the way public servants should be expected to behave.
Worth an email to Peter Hughes, the State Services Commisioner ?
    Get well soon, Scribe.
He nui to ngaromanga, he iti to putanga.

You depart with mighty boasts, but you come back having done little.
Sounds like a typical hunting trip !

    WTF?????
Sounds like one of our Gov't Depts overspent their budget and were trying to get rid of the evidence.
That members of the public were assaulted by contractors to the same Dept, certainly should draw assault charges.
If you've got photo evidence of the supposed 'work areas' and missing warning signs, plus the 'missing' vehicle ID's, perhaps the Police will charge them with theft of Gov't property.
