And our team broke the record for fastest time 53 minutes distance 14km. But the teams are set of with handicaps times our team left 22minutes after the first team and there was only one runner after possum trapper. The first one home get gets the trophy but we were the fastest so thats us sussed!

First one is 1.5km. And the rest a longer and there is some good hills to climb, I will check the lap distances next time I go for a cruise.
Can't remember off hand. Possum trapper did 22mins on the last lap think its 4.5km and was only 1min behind the fastest runner on that lap an he is only 14. They all did bloody well.

I reckon PT will do well if he follows the advice given to him today from the Dundee clan but no pressure.

I did the the same block on my training for the Army and did it in 58 minutes.

    These young ones have potential.

Dad did a lot of running before signing up for basic. When it came time for a run during training he flew out the gate well ahead of everyone else, over the hedge and into the ditch. Once everyone else was past he'd climb out and skive off for the afternoon. Figured he was fit enough already and by all accounts he was.

I was wrong it was 11km. Went for a cruise today and hit the trip switch at each lap. First lap 1.5km,second 1.5km,third lap was 3km but the neices split that run and did 1.2km and 1.8km and the last lap that possom trapper did was 5.4km.
