We started off the season doing 14 hr, 7 days a week. Did that for the first 3 weeks, and then dropped back to 84hr weeks. Did 8weeks on days, 24 hr break, and then 8 weeks on nights or until the season finished.
Somehow I managed to score an apprenticeship welding and blew that out in 2.5 yrs. Left that and went back driving.
They had got some new ones by then

They were the ducks nuts. Bigger and quieter. They had started growing corn down here as well so ended up driving one of these for another 8-9 weeks

Running my own business and hitching up for the second time.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Trying to live the Rockstar lifestyle on dole payments and getting a lawn round set up. All round being one of the youth every one complains about.

As happened in those years, it was pretty volatile after the stock market crunched, I got given a debtor ledger with 250k on it to collect all round NZ, putting together the best deals we could to get some bucks back

I was working retail and while I did not know it at the time, two months later to the day I started dating my wife (Still with her) and a month after that I got the motorbike that is still in my garage now....(Hint- if you want to keep your motor bike and not have to sell it during the hard times, just make sure you get it into the wedding photos......you wont be allowed to sell it...)

Same shit different company. Was back in the good days of Designline, NZ's premium bus builder, where we pumped out those great Volvo B12 buses. They were nice to drive
